The girl was half an hour late. The gel manicure didn't last enough. The ambience is nice and clean and the wax was very good.

I was left waiting for a while but that's understandable as only one beautician was in and they apologized. doesn't matter anyway because of the great value and service they provide!

I had a really bad experience at this salon, do not go here. They did not use the nouveau branded products (they used a cheaper version called Salon services) like they specify on the website. The treatment took over 2 hours when it specified less tome on the website. The worst part is that part of my eyelash has snapped off due to the treatment being left on too long. My bottom eyelashes were not tapped down properly so they have a strange bend in them. I was also sat in an upright seat for 2 hours which was very uncomfortable.

I was happy with the place & the girl doing my lashes was lovely. HOWEVER, it quickly became apparent that one of my eyes was done really badly & lashes were left pointing in different directions & some even laying flat against my lash line. I tried to book an appointment to have them looked at, but I was going away too soon after having them done. This situation has only WORSENED. It has now been a month since having this ‘lash lift’ done & my lashes have been an absolute MESS, the entire time. Honestly it’s been really distressing trying to somehow make my lashes look remotely normal since having this procedure and I feel like it should be reported! My lashes are completely bent out of shape in all directions & look absolutely awful!! I would NOT recommend this to anyone!!!
