Really good, would have liked more individual lash separation but over all good.

A bizarre rather than pleasant experience.
Got a full body deep tissue massage that left me in pain and stiff (i could
no longer turn my neck to one side) once finished. Sure, muscles could have been readjusting, but when I told the staff of my pain they said something along the lines of ‘had I been thinking pleasant thoughts my muscles wouldn’t have contracted like this’ and that ‘maybe i requested the wrong type of massage’.
To be honest, it was rather hard to think pleasant thoughts in this environment: I felt vulnerable throughout the experience and not taken seriously at the end. If it was the wrong type of massage they could have at least asked what it was for to make sure it was appropriate for me.
After 24 hours the pain was still there so I got someone else to fix it with acupressure. Fair enough, the experience wasn’t terrible but getting a massage to not come out relaxed defeats the point so I would not recommend this service to anyone who is not already fully relaxed and overflowing with happy thoughts.

I was greeted by a friendly member of staff, was taken into a room and left to get ready for my massage. pressure was good and was nice and warm there too.
