Wouldn't recommend to be honest, though the treatment was cheap due to the 50% off offer, they were running late and the service wasn't great. When I arrived there were regular customers who had pre-paid for courses of treatments discussing that their timekeeping was always off at the salon. There was one lady who was having to take over from the therapist to do her own manicure, and another lady who had been waiting almost an hour for her treatment. The wax itself was not great - I was left with random hairs and toward the end of the treatment the wax was way too hot (which I did mention). Wouldn't go back

the waxing was not rushed like most places, she took her time which i liked 😊 the facial was calming. They also arranged both treatments to be done after one another saved me from coming back later on. overall happy experience.
