I have been here several times for different treatments. Its never been dirty. The staff are always so friendly and nice. I love the privacy, no one can see inside the venue from outside. Prices are decent too. Its not a massive venue but its fine.
Ladies' Leg Waxing
Dirty surroundings and equipment, the girl cut my finger when filing my nails and couldn't file them square-tipped as I asked. Very uncomfortable "massage" chair where the nodules were sticking in my back the whole time. The foot water was cold and when I asked for it to be warmer got scalded as the shower head water either came out cold or scalding! She cut my toe nails too short and curved the edges so my ingrowing toenails are likely to come back! She used a dirty hard skin buffer. Awful!
Manicure
The machine did not have any suction, the formula felt like water dripping around my face and neck whereas in other clinics is not. She tried to fix the machine without success. She exfoliated very roughly and had very tough style to remove everything. My skin this morning is still extremely red and in pain!
The massage was 16 mins not 30! She had long nails and no pressure.
I booked with my friend 4 treatments. We were 20 mis late, she said it was less due to this. They took 54 min in total!
