We were twenty minutes late unfortunately and called to apologise, however the facials we both had were 45 minutes rather than 60 and massage only lasted 20 minutes rather than 30. We were not informed in advance that treatments will be shorter because we were late. The beautician was friendly and nice, however the facials were not as we expected. After treatment my face was red and burning slightly and it still is on day 2. I never had similar issues after a facial.

Really bad pedicure. It was not gentle/relaxing at all, most of the time she was hurting my feet because was using the file really roughly.
The nails weren’t properly filed, nail polish was wrongly applied, she didn’t paint the whole nail! Just part of it! And painted everywhere out of the nail, which she didn’t clean at the end. A disaster. The masaage with the cream was super short, 5 seconds long. A 5 year old would have done a better job. I won’t come back.

Dee and Sobia are very professional and friendly. Dee did my laser treatment today and she did a great job. I would recommend to have your laser treatment at this salon.
