The facial itself was good but would have preferred if the process was explained more as it was going on.
It was also quiet loud from outside the room.

Deep tissue massage was good, really made a difference to my back and legs and amazing value. The only downside was an annoying beeping noise from the other room but for the price it is worth putting up with.
Really bad experience at the salon, I was left with bright orange roots in between the highlights. It seems the stylist put some sort of dye on which was not requested or required! I had to go back the following day, but this time they applied a load of bleach leaving part of my hair white and the rest all sorts of colours. Ruined my weekend and now I have to pay again for another hairdresser to sort! Definitely do not recommend this rogue hairdresser and shouldn't be on treatwell.
