Awful experience. All I wanted was a wash and curly blow dry before I went out for Vday - instead I got a woman who couldn’t wash hair (got half my face wet and soapy and my clothes and water varied from ice cold to scalding hot) and then continued to burn away at my scalp with the hairdryer but insisted she needed to dry my roots. When I asked her to be careful she tutted and shook her head. The final blow dry was not good - I ended up going home and going over it myself. Honestly can not explain how awful this was.

Staff were lovely and welcoming. I felt like i was in safe hands and the whole treatment seemed to fly by. Wonderful.
