I found that the same waxing spatula is used for the entire treatment. This is extremely unhygienic and I dread to think how many customers have been waxed like this. They dip the used/contaminated spatula back in to the hot wax after applying it directly to customer’s skin. Their wax must be full of bacteria from 100s of customers due to the same spatula being dipped in after use on customer. Absolutely HORRIFIED at this, it is a spatula that is cheap and disposable for a reason!! L
