The overall atmosphere of the location I would rate a 5/5. The wax that was used was very cheap and tacky and felt painful when pulling apart the hair. It was also very stringy which delayed the process. I booked for Hollywood and didn’t get the full treatment. I wouldn’t recommend, I wouldn’t go again.

My gel manicure and pedicure were a disaster, the girl was really unprofessional, she had no idea of how to do it, she also scratched my skin while she was filing my feet nails.
