I booked a facial and massage using an offer. I waited 15mins for the appointment to start and then another 15mins in between with no explanation (the time was made up). The therapist was lovely but inexperienced. The room was quite light for these treatments and I could hear everything outside. I was asked to write feedback on the appointment whilst still on the massage table, this should have been done at the front desk. Overall, it was ok but not relaxing. I would not pay full price.

Thorough all over massage but could have been firmer. Also the towel etc on the bed didn’t look clean
