The shop and therapist were lovely. The appointment started late and took twiceas long it should have. The results are poor and the gel started peeling off after a week 😭

Awful experience.HD brows
Booked 2 days in advance when I arrive is halfway through another treatment and makes me wait 20 mins. Freezing cold treatment room which was not prepared because she thought I was getting nails done ???
At the end I have three full on cuts across my eyelids.actual bloody cuts. When asked about it she gets offended and rather than apologize says she takes no responsibility for it because it was not pulled tightly during threading.rude, defensive and sulking.
