Great Manicure but they charged me £10 ontop of the gel manicure for the gel removal which says it’s free on Treatwell

Quick straight forward gel manicure, able to book last minute. Nail files and buffers looked like they have had better days. One customer was disputing the prices which was awkwardly public. Music was playing on arrival but it stopped and no one restarted it. Nails had quite a lot of dents on them and have discoloured in the strong sunlight.

Amazing - the drop was super quick and efficient. Finished result is amazing. Definitely recommend. Had to wait 10 minutes due to busy in the weekday evenings. But worth the wait.

Staff could be a bit more friendly, they did a decent job with the pedicure and manicure though didnt explain the procedure beforehand.
