Not happy- i asked for my acrylics to be removed and have new ones.
First, they didn’t completely remove the old layers, even when I repeatedly asked for it.
Second, they don’t use gloves or desinfected files when doing your nails. Absolute no-go! It’s disgusting and you get fungi that way.
Last but not least, the new acrylics I got are a Desaster. I asked for pink and whites. They didn’t ask me if my nails should be shortened, i had to tell them before he started putting on new powder. Then, I have a lot of dents in the nail and the acrylic is everything but evened out. Moreover, it has glitter in it which is not well taken in my job. Last but not least they go way to close to the skin of the nail with the files as well as acrylic. Got nail infections at two different fingers. Also, the pink and white isn’t properly blended in and my nails hurt. I recently moved to the I’m, how on earth are these circumstances allowed in a developed country? Especially hygiene... never saw nailcare done without gloves in other countries! Shame.

I had to wait a little when I first arrived, but they made me very comfortable. The pedicure was fantastic, but the manicure was more 4 stars than 5 for me. Spotted a couple of imperfections once I inspected more closely.
