Nails are nice, but felt rushed. 3 people in Salon and 2 of us booked in at same time and kit on her own. Did the best she could going between us but felt rushed. Appointment ran behind so I was late starting my appointment

Really disappointed. Arrived at 11.05 for 11:15 appointment which was paid in advance. Told to take a seat, at 11:50 I approached the lady to say I had to leave as had another appointment and wouldn't make it now. She was unable to give me a refund and I had to leave my phone number. So I've wasted time, had no treatment and I'm down £50. Shocking!

Nails are great! Owner very nice and friendly! I was in the salon 2 hours for acrylic infills - so not the best if you’re in a rush but I’m very happy with how my nails turned out!

Booked the appointment a day before, the staff said they didn't see the booking so they just put me on another time without informing me. What terrible organisation that was. Will never visit the shop again.
