I have been to 7 Day Spa a few times, and I think it is good value for money. On this occasion I had a Thai massage which was one of the best massages I have ever had. The only slight issue was that the bed was a bit creaky!
Nice little venue with a great range of treatments at a goof price. The massage was nice but the room lacked a bit of ambiance. The facial on the other hand was VERY good. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.
The staff were friendly and space clean. The wax took a fairly long time and was still not quite done properly. Given this is the same price as is being offered elsewhere, I think the quality could be slightly better.
When I got there the weren't expecting me but eventually a beautician came and got me. The room was not ready, There was a dirty towel on the bed from the previous customer. The wax was ok but not very thorough and did not leave me very smooth. They would not accept card payment unless I paid £2 additional charge and asked me to walk to a cash machine instead. The wax cost £14.75 for underarm which is a lot for a quick wax in a low-end salon. For that price I expected a nicer, cleaner salon and more professional staff.
I was really happy that 7 Day Spa was even open during Bank Holiday. I booked luxury pedicure, but because there was a double booking there unfortunately wasn't any time for the Paraffin Wax Treatment. So I "only" got the classic pedicure which was lovely. The lady was lovely to talk to and did her work with much care. The whole ambience at the salon was very friendly and low key, not compromising on range of treatments and knowledge. Will definitely go back again!
