I was surprised that the consultation was limited to a health questionnaire, no further details were taken and I wasn't introduced to the therapist, just put into a room with no explanation and no light on! I sat there for a while and soon was told I should have got changed, yet had not been told this. The massage itself was excellent, but some of the mobilisation movements might not have been done I imagine if I had been given the opportunity to discuss some back tension I have with the therapist beforehand.
Regardless, it was still an above average massage and I would probably recommend.

Appointments always run on time. The spa is very clean and the staff are all very professional. The massage was very relaxing and therapeutic, the masseuse checked a few times if the pressure was OK. The hot towel at the start and end of the treatment is a very nice addition.
The 7 Day Spa was really clean and the owner really friendly. The manicure was really well done even though it took over 1 hours instead of 45 minutes. After 1 days the nail polish started to ruin and I won't expect this result after paying £20.
Despite that I might give an other go.
