No extraction after the steam, no cotton on my eyes while the steam machine was really close to my face. Lots of noise (washing machine, hoover)

I have booked a massage and a facial and it was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed every minute. The massage was great, super relaxing, very professional, every move seemed to be very insync and it was very pleasant. The massage and the facial were done in the same room, there was no discomfort. It was superb. The facial was great as well. The therapist was very capable, very professional. The only very tiny suggestion for improvement would be to extract more, but it wasn't essential as the whole facial was done nicely and I felt great afterwards. I will definitely go back and would absolutely recommend.
