Before my appointment, she insisted for me to switch from a 30-minute massage to a 60-minute massage but I refused. I had booked a 30-minute massage but she stopped after 25 minutes. She did not switch off the light or put music and I could hear people chatting at the reception desk. moreover,since this massage, I have pain in my shoulder while it was totally ok before!
