The lady was very professional and did a great job. The venue is quite small downstairs but it's fairly similar to other venues. It's really convenient that the spa is open 7 days a week and until quite late!
Hollywood Waxing
Although the result I ended up with was fine it did take quite a long time and the lady didn't seem too confident. I almost left with one brow darker than the other before I realised.
Treatment by Nina•Eyebrow & Eyelash Tinting
I thought the staff were lovely, sweet and welcoming. Unfortunately I just thought the shape of my nails was all over the place. I thought they'd do a better job of shaping them but they were different lengths. It is unfortunate because they are such nice people.
Manicure
I asked for them to focus on my shoulders but was in there for 60 mins and they spent 10 on my shoulders. Quite frustrating as now I need to book another appointment elsewhere.
