I had booked a massage at another spa nearby, which I frequently use. They cancelled on the morning due to staff sickness. Argh. So I just booked the nearest available place for a deep tissue massage and hoped for the best. I got very lucky! My deep tissue massage at the 7 Day Spa was honestly one of the best I can remember having. I was a bit sore the next day, but in a good way. The massage therapist focussed on my shoulders and back like I asked and worked slowly and deeply into those muscles - seriously good. I've just booked again for next week - the price is a little bit lower than the average for the area so it's a no-brainer for me.
Deep Tissue Massage
Everything was perfect. Great eyebrow threading, waxing and a super 15 mins massage! Ambience is relaxing and clean, friendly staff which is always nice. I will be going back for more!
