Really excellent treatments, in the heart of Angel but in a relaxed and calm environment. The massage and facial therapists were both fantastic, I will definitely be going back.

Really nice, new salon with very friendly staff. Not the best manicure I've ever had but it was still very nice. I only paid £10 but I'm not sure whether I would have paid £15 for it. Overall very nice experience though!

I am really sorry but I have to leave this bad review. The first experience was excellent but this time all went wrong even so the girl who did the job was really nice and she tried hard to do her job at the end, was a really awful and uncomfortable experience.
To be honest, I arrived 15 minutes late but I have called to let them know I was late. I believe 15 minutes should be tolerated in London anyway.
However, I have been waiting about 10 minutes before being allocated downstairs into the room for my full leg underarm and Brazilian wax. I arrived at 11.15/n and I left at 13.00...terribly late, upset...not a nice way to start the long week end.
Apparently there was a double booking or something (not really clear) so the girl had to go several times upstairs to let the other client in and ask her to patiently keep waiting....keep waiting.
The girl was evidently panicking...so I have been quite and I have tried to not be too rude showing how much I was upset but the wax...was patchy...at the end...I had to clean myself while she was doing some bits I have asked her to do...I don't know if it was because she was completely a junior or just because she was in a difficult situation...but she seems to not having confidence at all doing the job...and so, it was really painful too...expecially the hot wax, which has been left for too long and it get stacked several times, a disaster...awful...painful...I came back home I had to shave my legs...and try to not think about the patchy Brazilian as I don't shave this part of my body, never ever.
I am really sorry about that because my first experience with a different girl (Noo) was really good...a refund has not been offered (and I didn't ask for it), but I was expecting to be offered...as she was looking really sorry and embarrassed.
Not recommended...being professional is rule number one.
