Overall a very good experience. Massage was relaxing, not too harsh. The walls are very thin however, and the staff at reception made no effort to tone down their voices as they chatted amongst themselves. This made for a less relaxing experience. Overall very good though, the technician offered me tea and water at the end, which was very kind.

Gel Nails Manicure
The ladies were really lovely. It was very nice inside, a hidden gem. I would definitely come here for one of treatments again.
Classic Facials
The Shellac removal was fine, although I would have appreciated if my cuticles had been tidied up as well, as this should be part of the normal service.
The leg wax was a bit rushed and more painful than usual, but more or less ok. I would come back here again.
