I went in for a full body massage and asked for focus on my neck / shoulders, and lower back. I had to wait about 15 minutes past the scheduled time; they were very apologetic and gave me a cup of tea while I waited. When the therapist left the room for me to change, there was no towel to cover myself with (she brought one when she returned). She spent a lot of time working on my legs and very little on my shoulders, which had been my main concern. She did get a lot of the tension out of my lower back, but I was disappointed that my shoulders felt the same when I left. I'd come back, but would be specific about booking a back/neck/shoulder treatment rather than full-body.

Had a couples massage. The massage was nice, but they really didn't make an effort to make it a couple experience.
