Absolutely love my nails. My eyelashes were done really well,my eyes didn't even have a sting after which I've often got at other salons but she did them brilliantly and am very happy :)

When I arrived they did not have the booking from Treatwell even though I'd paid in full. They were very good and fitted me in as I had the paperwork as proof with me. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable so I would use them again but book directly with them.

My make-up was incredible and great for the price, she really did a fantastic job. However, unfortunately the place was very dirty. It appeared to be no-one responsibility sweep up hair which looked like it was multiple previous customers hair. The other issue was that the staff kept talking to each other in their own language and didn't interact with customers much at all. If I was a secret shopper they would have done very badly. Fantastic skills but poor service and treatment of paying customers. I'm unlikely to recommend due to over all experience which was very poor.

Great overall salon Experience at 7th Star. The Ambience and staff in particular were very nice and warming. Would deffinatley come back and recommend.
