When I turned up they were not expecting me but thankfully managed to fit me in anyway. The staff in the salon were lovely, and so was the lady giving the treatment even though she was talking on her phone for part of it! I was a bit disappointed as I’d already paid extra for full leg using hot wax but there was no hot wax in sight, and the Hollywood didn’t use hot wax either (although not specified). However I’d expect to pay significantly less for this treatment strip wax, especially seeing as it was a “front only” Hollywood anyway. Overall, the people were nice and it was good for a last minute appointment but for the price I’d have expected a more thorough Hollywood using hot wax.
The staff here are really friendly and professional, They gave me good advice and I'm extremely happy with the results! Would definitely recommend this salon!
