The decor was nice enough. And when they wash your hair the seat you sit in is an electric massage chair which is a nice idea. However, wash cut and blow dry to me has always meant you decide whether you have your hair curly or straight. I said I wanted mine curly and the guy there claimed that isn’t included and they will only straighten my hair for that price. I was quite annoyed about this but said fine, can you make sure it’s dead straight. So they blow dried it straight and I asked if they’d go over it all with straighteners. This was clearly a massive ask, the man didn’t do what I asked and just said it looks straight, he simply went over the top of my hair with some straighteners. This was just so annoying as I had a special occasion that day, had to go home and part my hair and fully straighten it again. Oh also, they didn’t use any heat protection before drying or straightening my hair. Sort of feels like they don’t really know what they’re doing as a salon.

My lashes were done really nice but I've deducted a star as some have started falling out on the 1st day which never happens to me.
