I paid £85 for my treatment online and when I got there he told me I had to pay more. He said that my hair is long so I had to pay more than it said on here. My hair is shoulder length. £85 for balayage is expensive as it is then I had to pay £35 extra!

If there was a minus option I would leave that ! Fought traffic to drive half an hour to get to the venue, paid for parking, took time out of my lunch so I could leave earlier to arrive to a closed shop ! After reminders and emails to confirm not the service you would expect / would not recommend and would never go again for any treatment

Really busy day but still nothing was too much trouble and nothing was rushed. Eyebrows are great, nails looked lovely but started lifting a bit sooner than I'm used to.
