The cost for a blow dry on Treatwell was quoted at £15. When I came to pay I was told it was £25 because it was a wash and blow dry!!! The owner said it was £15 if I'd washed it myself prior to the blow dry. I was hardly going to come into the salon with wet hair!!! I've had quite a few blow dryers in many salons and I have NEVER been charged separately for a wash. I disputed the cost and was finally agreed the charge of £15 as quoted on Treatwell. Be aware of the additional charge should you use this salon.
