Lovely staff as always and did an amazing job on my hair quickly. My only negative is being asked to pay for the Olaplex on top when last time I had my hair done it was included in the price. But overall, would go back for sure!

very friendly staff however I found the pricing and the lack of information passed on worrying, you were offered treatments but no costs were discussed. it was not self explanatory and only when u got a huge bill were things explained although I wasn't convinced. I prepaid my bill and although I changed from a full head colour to highlights and then added a treatment to tone down my existing base colour I was told the full head colour was the tone down treatment £55.00 then I paid highlights on top £69 plus cut n blow £25 it's not included so in total £149 very pricey yes I lv the result do I think it warrants the money?
other treatments pleased with. this salon knows their stuff are more than friendly helpful and give u excellent advise it's just the pricing out of the ordinary to say the least
