The facial was good, but I would have liked my neck area to be treated as well, which in my experience is something that it's usually done with facials. I would also have preferred to listen to more relaxing music and not the radio + Also the treatment lasted 45 mins instead of 1 hour, which wasn't the best :( !!! I also think that phones should be turned off or at least silenced/not used while doing a facial. For the rest, Katie was nice and gave me advice for my skincare

I ABSOLUTLY love going for my facials with Katy I keep up with them every month. In particular this time we did some content and I love that because I can show people look at this…. Everyone’s always asking me what I do with my skin and it’s nice to be able to show and recommend a true talented hard worker. My face is glowing and so fresh! Thank you again!
