I just had a very bad customer experience at 99 Thai massage. There was constant knocking and banging throughout the massage.. I queried it and the lady said “oh yes there is a coffee cafe above us so they drop boxes loudly above”… I tried to phase it out and then the lady who was massaging me answer her phone to let a colleague in. I mean the other reviews are right in that this place is very no frills; you can hear a lot from the massage room and if you're expecting a full on spa experience, you will be disappointed. But honestly I didn't really care, in fact I kind of like that this place was so simple and unpretentious. The staff were lovely and my massage was incredible - absolutely the right pressure was used. I will definitely be going back and really recommend.
