I just had a very bad customer experience at 99 Thai massage. There was constant knocking and banging throughout the massage.. I queried it and the lady said “oh yes there is a coffee cafe above us so they drop boxes loudly above”… I tried to phase it out and then the lady who was massaging me answer her phone to let a colleague in.
