Disappointing....customer service was poor along with treatment. Advised staff member I'd booked through treatwell at a cost of £5.50 at the till demanded I pay £9.50 salon price! Very embarrasing! Salon wasn't very clean or inviting, wouldn't go back.

Terrible - dirty room, - treatment was painful and inept and result was ragged and incomplete. And they charged me £15 despite fact that when I booked it was quoted as £6. Never again.
