Joli is a great salon with wonderful staff. Pari gives an excellent massage and I always feel so much better afterwards. The salon is always spotless and everyone is friendly and welcoming. I’ve had massages, hair cut, colour and beauty treatments here and they’ve all been fantastic :)

My massage was okay. I specifically chose an aromatherapy back massage (as opposed to deep tissue) because I just wanted a nice relaxing experience, but the massage therapist insisted on doing deep tissue instead because there was “no point” in doing a relaxing massage. I understand what she meant, because my back is very knotted, but it was just too sore. She was a good masseuse, but the treatment wasn’t what I asked for and I had a very sore back for nearly a week afterwards.
