I had upper lip and chin waxing . I have been left with a burn on my chin and skin was ripped off my top lip and blood was there. This was on Sunday . It’s now Tuesday and I’m left with scabs all above my top lip and a burn mark the size of 2 coins on my chin . They said it was because I had a cold . I have had waxing for over 35 years and have had colds before but have never been left like this . The wax was obviously too hot .
I’m very angry and upset that I have been left like this .
