The place was not yet officially opened when I went there so it was messy and the power kept cutting up when she was drying my hair which was a bit off putting. It was a nice cut with good layers, quite a lot shorter than I asked but the cut was nice so I didn’t mind too much.

Happy with my new balayage. I was slightly concerned the colour wouldn't come out how I wanted it, but the end result is perfect. 5 minutes after my appointment, a stranger said he liked my hair colour! Would recommend.

Claudia was super nice! and the girls at reception were lovely too. But the perm came out inconsistent (some parts are already straight in the front, even though I made sure there was no water, products or shampoo touching my hair for 48+ hours.) Also, it's really frizzy - I've had them numerous times before and I know it does tend to damage an extent of your hair, but it's more frizzier than usual. Other than that, Claudia was very knowledgeable in techniques to use according what type of wave I was going for. Thanks!
