I went in for balayage and showed a picture of the hair I liked and was told it was achievable. I was very content but found the hair washing process extremely painful and uncomfortable! As soon as my hair was rough dried I noticed that the colour was so much lighter than what I requested and then was proceeded to be told that my hair was too light for the colour I wanted. I was not impressed at this time. I also asked for blunt at the front however when I returned home and straightened my hair I noticed that it wasn’t cut how I requested. I have had to cut my hair myself and have also purchased hair dye to try and sort out the balayage. Not only is it a lot lighter than I wanted (which I could get used to) but it’s very high up, stripy and un-blended brassy yellow at the front. Even though the treatment was excellent value for money, I hate the way my hair looks now and will not return. In hindsight I should have requested for a refund.

Claudia is amazing! My hair looks so good, colour is the most vibrant it’s been for so long and the cut and dry were perfect. She’s wonderful - definitely recommend! Will 100% book again with Claudia ☺️

Value for money. £35 for roots color and blow dry on a bank holiday. It is possible to get any better!! Claudia is really good. Thank you
