The whole thing felt extremely rushed and therefore not much confidence given in the treatment being done, which shouldn’t be the case for a cut and colour. If you are looking for a nice salon experience, you are better off going somewhere else and paying a little extra to feel more confident in the stylist and in a nicer environment. I understand that the owner works alone so this could put pressure on timing etc but that’s not the customers fault.

Salon not in the best condition but was pleased with the colour. Was told I needed toner and would have to pay £20 extra on the day which was quite annoying.
