After booking and picking a time and date suitable for me, which also showed as available while booking, got a text from Tracy about time rescheduling, then got told mobile meant I was to come to her studio and not her coming to my house. We kept on exchanging messages and at a point I felt she was trying to frustrate me into cancelling the appointment knowing fully well I won’t be able to get a refund. Well, eventually, we made a headway and she agreed to come to mine and finalised on the time. She arrived 15 minutes ahead, set up and we got straight into it. It was a good massage, totally relaxing and I enjoyed it, she later apologised for the confusion/mixup earlier in the day. Would definitely recommend the massage but don’t know about timing and scheduling from here.
From the moment I walked in I felt instantly calm and relaxed. Very good deep tissue massage and I felt instantly lighter and less knotted the next day. Loved that there was an electric blanket keeping me warm and music and scented candles.
Firstly none of the times were available despite Treatwell showing availability. Then after my insitgating text communication with the lady, we rearranged for the Friday. Then after an hour she cancelled saying she had forgotten she has a doctors appointment. She did offer to call me and let me know if she had anything available on the Saturday but not until Saturday morning. I decided not to wait around all day and did not take up the offer. Very very dissapointed, not only with Treatwell but with a Healing Touch at Home. Felt very let down.
