Great atmosphere, she was lovely and very professional. It was very relaxing and also got a lot of my bad knots and aches out of my shoulders and neck. The deal and value was amazing as well and my mum really enjoyed her treatment.

Massage was very professional, technique very good. Facial on the other hand, although very relaxing, technique was not as good, products were not as expected, minimal, and not of a professional salon standard.

Purchased a 2 for 1 deep tissue massage for my daughter as a birthday present back in June. Therapist did not turn up and after some 'chasing up' was told that she was caught up in traffic and had a problem with mobile. To compensation for inconvenience, daughter was told that they can have extra 15 minutes on the hour massage. Due to work commitments, the re-booking could not be done until November; and daughter did not have a pleasant experience with the way the booking was handled. Therapist then arrived 45 minutes early & not only was she not apologetic, was not very happy to wait until the scheduled time? The massages provided was not deep tissue, and both daughter & boyfriend were just given about 45 minutes massages each! Very unprofessional, daughter felt it was not a comfortable experience & massage was OK for a Swedish massage, but not deep tissue! I felt I had wasted my £40 & daughter felt she had wasted her time!!!
