Paula was so welcoming - instantly putting me at ease. I had the neck and back massage and it was amazing. She tailored it to focus on my computer neck and all the knots in my shoulders and mid-back. It was such a relaxing experience combined with a brilliantly effective message - she worked wonders. I'll be back again and thoroughly recommend her. Thank you Paula!

I had a wonderful couple of hours at ALM, Paula is very experienced at what she does, the salon is an oasis of calm and I felt thoroughly rejuvenated after my treatments.

Paula is welcoming, kind and easy to talk to. My indian head massage with back massage was wonderful with the perfect amount of pressure,I feel so much better and will be back very soon
