Ami was welcoming & very thorough from initial contact of booking right through to aftercare after the massage. She was patient with my excited, neurodivergent 8 year old, explaining the process from beginning to end as well as with me. I highly recommend A Mermaid's Secret & will most definitely be returning in the new year!
