From the get go, Ami made me feel extremely welcome with a pre appointment message clearing up any unknowns and letting me know that the session may take a little longer due to a consultation before and a chat about aftercare! When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile (behind a mask lol) and welcomed into the building! The consultation was thorough but swift, asking where your main issues were and the aftercare was just as informative! Would 100% recommend! Extremely warm and friendly lady
