I’m afraid this isn’t a manicure. It is a file and polish. After the removal there was no soaking. The nail bed near the cuticle was then scraped with a metal tool with no soaking or cuticle cream so it both hurt and I was worried it would damage the nail. at this stage I stopped the session and left. The lady is very polite and nice, but initially refused a refund and explained that the description is wrong on the Treatwell app but that wasn’t her fault. Treatwell then intervene and organised a refund so all is well. But beware THIS IS NOT A MANICURE.
