I would give a 4 for the cut but everything else just did not go well.
My hair dresser was running late, by nearly half an hour.
She did not listen when I told her the technique she was using would not work in my hair and then seemed frustrated when I was unhappy with the results. She did not manage to even dry my hair all the way, and was rough in brushing it out like she was suddenly in a hurry.
She had a very limited range of hair styling tools, and not the right ones to give a good finished blow dry.
Because she was running late to start and it was clear she was not going to get me the results i wanted in time for me to make the event I had that evening I had to go home and re style my own hair making me even more late.
The salon was untidy and had no real ambiance. All of this would be ok if the service was great or the price very low...but I paid about average for a cut and blow dry. I am a little disappointed in my experience cause on a budget I don't get my hair done often. I would not return unfortunately...
