I’m almost certain that moon is not qualified. I have tried to call the salon to ask for a refund but nobody answers. She absolutely ruined my hair. It was at least 2/3” shorter than I asked (despite showing pictures of me&models with the simple bob I wanted). My hair was cut longer at the back than the front and although she evened it up a bit (after I pointed this out) it’s still longer at the back and even worse, is uneven. Too short to do anything with and it won’t sit. An absolute mess!

We’d booked an appointment for 10am but by 10.15 nobody had showed up to do my daughter’s hair and it wasn’t made clear why or what was going on. It didn’t make a good impression so we left.
