I’m almost certain that moon is not qualified. I have tried to call the salon to ask for a refund but nobody answers. She absolutely ruined my hair. It was at least 2/3” shorter than I asked (despite showing pictures of me&models with the simple bob I wanted). My hair was cut longer at the back than the front and although she evened it up a bit (after I pointed this out) it’s still longer at the back and even worse, is uneven. Too short to do anything with and it won’t sit. An absolute mess!
