Eyebrow appointment cancelled very last minute by text and no refund given. Now not returning my messages. Very poor experience and second time they've cancelled with no notice.

The end result was good but took almost double the amount of time expected which puts me off going back.
The venue/tools could also be cleaner and more professional.

Very nice salon, flexible and easy to book on the app. Good location on street full of interesting shops too.
