I booked online and I arrived and the shop was closed. I wasn’t contacted prior and they didn’t answer the phone. They clearly have an error with the shop times and online bookings

Absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfy and offered a cup of tea/coffee (which some hairdressers do not do!) I will be going back to change the colour of my hair soon! Thank you so much Alex.
