I visited Serene Touch last week as a pre-holiday treat (manicure, pedicure and waxing). The staff were very friendly and professional, and the salon had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The treatments were excellent quality and very good value for money. The salon texted me the night before reminding me to bring flip flops for after my pedicure which was a nice personal touch! I'm not someone who goes to beauty salons often but I will definitely come back here next time I need something as it was a good experience and convenient location near New Cross station.
