Appointment was at 11, arrived and the shop was closed. Rang the number multiple times with no answer.
Was open when I drove past at 11:15, went in and no apologies or anything. Didn’t even acknowledge they were late
Eyebrow threading was ok, didn’t trim at the end and ended up bleeding in 2 places
